Consultants may wish the hospital to collect fees from patients paying their own account.
Once we have received the fees and payment from the patient, we will be able to process the refund. It is company policy that we are unable to pay consultant fees without a supporting invoice.
Please inform patients of the following:
- Self paying patients will be asked to pay on or before admission
- Insured patients must bring a letter of guarantee or insurance authorisation number
