Theatre

Permanent theatre sessions can be arranged through the Manager. Session usage is monitored in order to maximize theatre utilisation, provide ad-hoc theatre time on request and a flexible service to all our consultants.

You will be advised by e-mail of ad hoc availability of slots. If you have a session booked and will not be using it, please let us know in advance so that we can offer it to someone else.

All bookings must be made through reservations – see above.

If specialist instrumentation is required, please inform us well in advance as we may not stock some items and a loan from another location will have to be arranged. It should be noted that loan items may have a significant cost implication and this will affect the package price that the patient will pay.

Theatre Hours

Theatre lists start from 8.00 with staggered start times. To allow for adequate staffing and good working conditions, elective surgery must end by 9.00pm

Monday - Friday 8.00am to 9:00pm

Saturday 8:00am to 2:00pm
