  • Follow directions and Payment methods (if appropriate)
  • Indicate your symptoms or Specialty of your enquiry
  • You will get a same day appointment by telephone or video (within minutes to a few hours depending on clinician’s availability)
  • If your enquiry is not appropriate for Telemedicine, you will be directed to BHL for ‘face to face’ consultation
  • NOT SUITABLE FOR EMERGENCY CASES NEEDING URGENT FACE TO FACE CARE. You will be directed to the hospital

If you need devices to help you at home (portable easy to use bp monitor, pulse oximeter, non contact thermometer) please contact BHL and a pack will be sent to you.
